TRADE SHOW EXHIBIT MAKER BRINGS 300 JOBS TO DUPAGE COUNTY

Lisle, Ill. —Orbus Exhibit & Display Group recently announced plans to expand its operations with a 347,400-square foot building in the Union Pointe business park in Woodridge. The expansion will bring 300 jobs into DuPage County with plans to grow to 450 employees in the near future. The move is part of an expansion plan from their current facility in Bolingbrook. Established in 2001, Orbus is the one-stop shop for everything displays – from portable signs and display products to custom solutions. They also have a location in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be relocating employees from both their Bolingbrook facility and a manufacturing facility in Niles, Illinois. “We are very pleased to not only be bringing a Class A facility into DuPage County, but to be bringing a company with plans for expansion,” said Greg Bedalov, President & CEO of Choose DuPage. “With their facility expandable by 85,000 square feet, the location in Woodridge at the Union Pointe Business Park allows Orbus ample room for future growth.” This expansion marks the second corporate relocation to the Union Pointe business park, following Edward Don & Co.’s move last year. DuPage County Board Chairman, Dan Cronin, commented, “Many thanks to the team at Orbus for their investment and growth in DuPage County. We have worked very hard to make sure DuPage County remains an attractive location for the business community. We welcome Orbus and look forward to meeting their needs for many, many years.”
