STRATEGIC PLAN

What is the short-term and long-term vision of Choose DuPage? How do we achieve our goals? And what are our priorities along the way?

Developed in 2023, the Choose DuPage Strategic Plan is a roadmap for economic development in DuPage County. The plan outlines a number of focus areas—from elevating the importance of sustainability, to promoting regional economic cooperation—as well as specific action items. Over the next several years, this plan will guide the operational activities of Choose DuPage, helping us coordinate our efforts with one another, as well as partner organizations.
