Alloya, a corporate federal credit union, signed a lease earlier this year for 25,930 square feet at 184 Shuman Blvd. in Naperville, Illinois. The five-story building totals 131,284 square feet of office space in the Park Lake Center. Alloya’s lease includes the majority of the fourth floor. Other tenants include Centrad Healthcare, LLC and Staffmark. Jeffrey Mann of CBRE represented the landlord.
