Michael Marconi and Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented both parties in the sale of a 40,000 SF property at 1000 Atlantic Drive in West Chicago to PackSmart.

Leases

Swanson Flo-Systems leased 28,000 SF at 775 Belden Avenue in Addison. Joe Karmin and Justin Lerner of Transwestern represented the tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Henrick and Joseph Gatto represented Venture One in 22 leases totaling over 161,000 SF at Yorkbrook Business Park in Lombard. The completion of the leases brings the 18-building, 736,000 portfolio to 94% occupancy. Yingliu Casting leased 38,000 SF at 901 N. DuPage Avenue in Lombard. Joe Karmin and Justin Lerner of Transwestern represebted the owner, Venture One Real Estate. NAI Hiffman’s Dan O’Neil represented ownership of Washington Commons in six new transactions representing more than 8,000 SF of office space at 450-900 E. Diehl Road in Naperville. Century Tile leased 58,000 SF at 280 Madsen Drive in Bloomingdale. Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented the tenant.
